An outstanding first time experience. Dave and his staff are friendly, courteous and professional. Work that was to be performed on my vehicle was explained, a quoted cost and completion time was given. The job was done on time and exceeded my expectations. Like the name implies, Dave is a man of integrity and is reflected throughout his business. A very rare attribute these days. I definitely will use his services again. Great place. My heater was making noise so I took it in before it broke. Go figure when I get there it stopped. Dave sat in the car with me to see if it would do it again. However as it seems to have fixed itself he "won't throw money at something that isn't broken". I appreciated that as a female I am an easy target to take advantage of. If my fan makes the noise again, I'll be back!

After spending $1100 on my Toyota Scion at a different mechanic since March of this year and having no resolution to my 'check engine light' problems I was desperate and reached out to Integrity Auto. It's been almost two weeks and over 500 miles since they repaired my vehicle definitively and I couldn't be happier! What a difference it made to have my car repaired by diagnosticians versus a mechanic!! The previous mechanic who had worked on my car tried to fix it and actually told me that he didn't know why the check engine light was still coming back on. Thankfully, I was listening to Niles Jenkins on WDCX one morning and he talked about the difference between a mechanic and a diagnostician. I emailed him and expressed concern about my car troubles. He promptly referred me to Integrity after informing them about my situation. It was nice to arrive at their shop to find that they were well versed on the my concerns - they fixed my car so well that it is now driving better than it has ever driven!! I'm all smiles now, and I thank God for people of integrity in the automotive repair business. I'm a customer for life?
